Introduce yourself

My name is Patrick and I am 21 years old.

Why did you start personal training?

I wanted to get into the gym to put on muscle mass and no longer look really skinny. I wanted to be more confident in my body!

Why did you choose Joey as your trainer?

I signed up with Joey as my personal trainer, literally because he was in the best shape and had the most muscle out of any of the other trainers so he clearly knew how to build muscle which was what I needed!

What has training with Joey helped you achieve?

Since training with Joey for around a year I have put on so much muscle and my weight has gone up significantly!I no longer feel skinny and I am much more confident about my physique. He has also taught me many skills and techniques for training in the gym to get better results which I can continue to use throughout all of my training. I also now have some great workout plans to keep me busy! 

If someone was thinking of training with Joey what would you tell them?

If one of my friends in Oxford asked for a personal trainer he would be the only one I would recommend.He is so kind and helpful at the same time as being a great PT!
