Why did you start personal training?

I needed a boost. Since menopause I had found it increasingly hard to lose weight and tone up. So, I followed up my Son’s recommendation.

 

What have you achieved through personal training? What is different about you now? 

I have achieved weight loss and more knowledge of nutrition. I am more toned but importantly I am psychologically stronger and happier.
