  • Due to his highly demanding job as an NHS surgeon, Justin had gained body fat, and he had seen a deterioration in his health and fitness

  • He needed guidance and motivation to start working on his health, fitness and physique again

  •  One of the most important areas of focus has been creating a plan that works with his busy work schedule allowing him to stay on track

  •  A lot of effort has been put into improving his overall lifestyle to better promote health

  •  Justin had a history of exercise however we have greatly improved his form and technique so that he gets more out of every session

  • We have also worked hard to optimise his nutrition looking both at the quality and quantity of food he eats

Why did you start personal training?

I wanted to improve my fitness, health, energy levels and physique while managing a busy job with irregular hours.

 

What have you achieved through personal training? What is different about you now? 

Improved health, more energy, a better physique and a more positive mental attitude. I haven't had any back pain since starting with Joey.

 

How has your coach helped you with your goals?

Joey has provided me with a huge amount of knowledge and insight into resistance training. I now train completely differently to how I used to, with much better and more sustainable results.

 

How would you describe/summarise your experience working with your coach?

An education in health and fitness that has led to meaningful and sustainable physical and mental improvements. My training with him has been truly bespoke, considering work and social pressures that have impacted my training in the past, and surmounting them.

 

What would you say to somebody who was thinking about trying personal training with your coach?

Joey is an excellent PT and coach - he uses science, anatomy, evidence and logic to deliver an extremely high level of training.
