FRED

SUMMARY

  • Initially meeting Fred was very interesting as he came to me not long after breaking his back. The issue was T5 and T6 (thoracic) brake of vertebrae and L4 and L5 (lumbar) brake of vertebrae. 

  • Prime focus initially was to get Fred safely moving with a slight amount of resistance and work on building up strength and stability. Alongside this sleep and nutrition played a HUGE part of gaining strength as this is where recovery takes place.

  • Fred was very determined upon gaining strength and overall education on what we were doing and why as well as other areas of interest. He adhered very well to coaching, had a lot of patience and put his full trust into me which I highly rated.

  • Over the period of the 6 months Fred’s strength went up dramatically in all areas from lower limbs to all upper body parts including back. As you may see from the transformational photos the increase in muscle mass Is huge and most importantly was executed to support his back NOT to get the best visual results.
