SUMMARY:

  •  Chris initially approached me for coaching which gave me the message he was keen to prioritise his health and fitness goals.

  • We focused on firstly understanding the basics from execution of exercise, what was appropriate training for himself and how to maximise recovery externally from the training.

  • Chris had a slight rounded spine and some posture issues. Over the time working together we added a large amount of muscle tissue allowing him to stand and hold himself completely normal. I expressed to him muscle tissue will be your best friend for the initial start of training as now any goal Chris wants to achieve will become easier and safer.
