SUMMARY:
Chris initially approached me for coaching which gave me the message he was keen to prioritise his health and fitness goals.
We focused on firstly understanding the basics from execution of exercise, what was appropriate training for himself and how to maximise recovery externally from the training.
Chris had a slight rounded spine and some posture issues. Over the time working together we added a large amount of muscle tissue allowing him to stand and hold himself completely normal. I expressed to him muscle tissue will be your best friend for the initial start of training as now any goal Chris wants to achieve will become easier and safer.
