SUMMARY:
Andy had done a lot of self led training prior to coaching. He wanted to attain more knowledge on how he could grow and develop his physique.
We focused on high quality execution to get his form fully corrected and for him to personally understand what was healthy for his body.
The transformation Andy achieved was an 8 week period.
Andy listened to all external cues on how to promote recovery to maximise his results.
He added a solid amount of muscle in areas he struggled to previously and showed that with such a busy work life it can be achieved if your mind is in the right place!
