SUMMARY:

  • Andy had done a lot of self led training prior to coaching. He wanted to attain more knowledge on how he could grow and develop his physique.

  • We focused on high quality execution to get his form fully corrected and for him to personally understand what was healthy for his body.

  • The transformation Andy achieved was an 8 week period.

  • Andy listened to all external cues on how to promote recovery to maximise his results.

  • He added a solid amount of muscle in areas he struggled to previously and showed that with such a busy work life it can be achieved if your mind is in the right place!
