SUMMARY
We focused on improving overall health, execution of exercise and very importantly making it sustainable for Alex’s lifestyle.
Alex previously had a coach and came to me suffering from minor shoulder pain... Just from doing exercise properly initially he started to understand his own mechanics and the pain went within a few months.
The transformation photo was over the period of 6 weeks. We worked a lot before this on mastering basics and different training stimuli before pushing the physique goals.
Alex built a solid amount of muscle while also dropping body fat.
Resistant training also supplemented his running and his progression of it due to stability, strength and keeping blood flow throughout the body.

Why did you start personal training?
I wanted to change my physique and also my overall views on health and exercise. I started as I was the biggest I’d been and wanted to address it.
What have you achieved through personal training? What is different about you now?
Physically I’m healthier and enjoy going running and hiking more. I also try to watch what I eat more and also have started ensuring I get the right amount of sleep and rest when I’m injured.
How has your coach helped you with your goals?
Fountains of knowledge from Dan has helped me to work on different ways of working out and allowed me to focus on the exercises that I enjoy to maximise the results. Also knowing that I have training sessions with Dan has motivated me to continue training throughout the week and weekends.
How would you describe/summarise your experience working with your coach?
Dans an excellent coach and is very patient. Always answered any questions I would ask relating the program, training etc.
What would you say to somebody who was thinking about trying personal training with your coach?
100% I would advise starting with Dan if you have some or no knowledge. Dan is great at giving direction and motivating you to reach and exceed your goals.
